What You'll Do
This role will be a 2:1 roster from Perth, working on one of our major iron ore projects in the Pilbara region, initially on a 12 month contract. As a key member of the site based project team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations through effective coordination of site administration activities. Some of your day to day will include;
* Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation processes including travel, accommodation, rosters, and site access requirements.
* Managing LV's on site - hiring for visitors, recording of the odometer servicing, damages, repairs, allocation of the cars etc.
* Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports and communications.
* Data entry of Invoices, delivery dockets and debit card receipts.
* Ensures visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access.
About You
We're looking for someone who can handle a high pressure and fast paced working environment, and someone who values a team player culture. Ideally you will come with;
* Experience working in a high volume Administration position, previous Site experience is advantageous.
* Ideally a background working on mining, construction or engineering projects.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, or similar).
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic site environment.
* Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
