About the role
The Senior Employee Relations Specialist delivers expert, strategic advice on industrial relations and human resources (HR). This role involves advocacy, negotiation, and the implementation of workplace reform strategies across the NSW Police Force. It is part of our Workforce Relations & Reform, People & Capability Command.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus employer's contributions to superannuation (12%) and annual leave loading.
