In this high-impact role, you'll provide top-tier administrative support to the Managing Director and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), bringing our vibrant culture to life at our new Sydney Support Centre.


Job Description

What You'll Do:

* Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating and managing all key executive communications, meetings, agendas and updates.
* Office Management: Oversee all office administration, supplies, and amenities.
* Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel and accommodation for executives and international guests, managing all related administrative tasks including visa documentation and travel requirements.
* Event and Meeting Management: Collaborating with various teams to lead and coordinate key events and meetings within our annual calendar.
* Special Projects: Support the implementation of new initiatives, conduct research, manage ad-hoc projectsand oversee the onboarding of new team members.


Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferrable.
* 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Proven experience in managing executive schedules and completing high-level tasks.
* A solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a keen eye for detail.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant Certification) are advantageous.
