What your day looks like:
Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet.
Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.
What we'll need from you:
Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
Experienced Supervisor experience in open cut mining
Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
Strong communication skills with a focus on team and company culture
Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training
