**About the Role**
SPELL SERVICES PTY LTD are looking for an experienced and qualified Customer Experience Specialist to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standards of customer service possible within our business operations.
**About you**
**Essential Criteria**
- Manage, motivate, and develop staff who provide services to our customers;
- Review and identify improvements to existing policies, procedures, programs concerning customer relations, develop new and additional policies, procedures, etc as required
- Provide customer service training for Store employees and management to ensure they are meeting customer experience standards
- Design and fulfill after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction, ensure function of goods purchased, and adjust and improve on our services being provided
- Report on customer feedback and provide recommendations to ensure customer expectations are met and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate and liaise with other team units (including operations, marketing and sales), service agents and customers to ensure customer expectations are met
- Develop strategies to retain and attract new customers

- Salary on offer between $70,000 - $80,000 plus super
