Job Opportunity: Service Manager
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program across our operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 8:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). We also operate full days during the school holidays (Holiday HQ program).
In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings. As a part of a national organization, we have centralized teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team.
* Leading Your Team: Manage a large OSHC service in the hours before and after school, caring for children aged 5-12 years.
* Foster Healthy Relationships: Develop healthy relationships with children, schools, community, and parents.
* Operational Management: Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management, manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.

What You'll Need: Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or similar role. Diploma qualification in a relevant field, current Working with Children Check, clear and professional communication.
