What will you be doing? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for clients.
o Managing a caseload of clients
o Providing education and guidance to clients and their families
o Utilise clinical observations and assessments and findings to develop treatment goals
o Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and the best possible outcomes for clients.
o Supporting clients to manage a range of factors in their life which may also impact employment
o Engage in training and development and peer group supervision
o Collaborate with our wider team.
o Provide education to employees and co-workers
Qualifications
o Have a Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
o Currently Registered with APHRA as a Physiotherapist
o Have your own car and a full license
o Medicare Provider Number
