Process Engineer Lead

Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct feasibility studies, design, and execution of process plants
2. Develop project reports and ensure timely completion within contractual scope
3. Lead process design functions and provide guidance to subordinate staff
4. Deliver best practice process designs within project requirements
5. Mentor engineers in trainings and contribute to professional development
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary education qualifications
* Minimum 15+ years of operations/commissioning and engineering design experience
* Experience in modeling, digitalization, hydrometallurgy, flotation, gold, copper, or lithium processing (desirable)
* Leadership skills and ability to manage change in complex environments
