This is a outstanding opportunity for a Customer Contact Consultant to become an integral part of a privately owned and operated Pure Water Specialist, recognised as the industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to confirm and book appointments for yearly maintenance.
- Utilise state-of-the-art technology to communicate through electronic platforms.
- Provide customer service in a supportive team environment and liaise with Puratap customers.

- Has technical proficiency within a fast-paced customer contact environment

- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Confident when talking to a variety of people on the phone and through text messaging
