About the Role
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our home building business, engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the exciting process of purchasing their dream home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively promoting and selling new homes to potential customers
- Conducting tours and presentations to showcase stunning display homes
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Negotiating sales contracts and managing the sales pipeline
- Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales activities
- Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a New Home Sales Consultant preferred
- Real estate background also considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Passion for the property industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
