Additional Information:
* These roles are Temporary (3 months) Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight

* As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As Product Recovery & Quality Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
* Present IKEA products in As-Is Shopfloor using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.
* Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging them back into a saleable condition.
* Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
* Support the quality work in the store to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
* Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
* Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that cultivates a strong understanding of product recovery, quality and compliance processes.
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment within the IKEA store, always ensuring the well-being of both customers and co-workers.
