Senior Medical Practitioner – Emergency Medicine
MP Year 1-3: $345,538 - $367,420 per annum*
* Remuneration includes a base salary of $277,973 - $297,598, a $31,926 professional development allowance, and 11.5% employer-contributed superannuation.
This is a recruitment pool to fill Permanent (Full-Time, Part-Time, Sessional) and/or Fixed Term (Full-Time, Part-Time, Sessional) appointments. Fixed term appointments include the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile
Join our growing Emergency Medicine department and prospering team with exciting opportunities across this stunning location. As a respected senior member with a supportive and friendly team, you will:
1. Attend patients in our Emergency Departments and assist inpatient teams with after-hours and emergency responses.
2. Engage in regular educational and learning opportunities to enhance your skills in a modern ED environment.
3. Provide leadership, training, supervision, and education for Doctors in Training in consultation with Specialists and senior staff.

* Busselton Health Campus : 58 inpatient beds, hospice, maternity ward, surgical services, 24-hour emergency department, and allied health support.
* Margaret River Hospital : 12-bed hospital with general ward, obstetrics, and 24-hour emergency services.
