**About this role**:
The role involves comprehensive oversight of building maintenance and general accommodation services, including meeting room preparation and minor relocations as needed. You will be responsible for determining work requirements and allocating duties appropriately while continuously monitoring service requests through the Corrigo system.
Your responsibilities extend to receiving goods into the department and ensuring their proper delivery to relevant areas, as well as managing the Facilities and Accommodation Unit store areas. A critical aspect of this position is maintaining effective liaison, communication, and consultation with key stakeholders to ensure all facility needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

- Oversight and coordination of the Stores functions.
- Deliver the required services in a timely and efficient manner, consistently demonstrating a cooperative and friendly attitude.
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with key client staff.
- Ensure all Conflicts of Interest (COI) are effectively managed in accordance with the client endorsed JLL COI Management processes (whether perceived, potential or actual). This includes prompt notification to client in writing of any conflicts that arise (or are likely to arise), making full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict and outlining activities proposed to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
- Demonstrate ability to efficiently manage work allocated and competing priorities.
- Have Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with departmental and external clients.

- Previous experience in a maintenance role
- Trade certification or licence in a relevant field will be highly regarded
- Experience using hand or power equipment
- Strong interpersonal, decision making skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely and to protect yours and fellow workers health and safety. You must comply with the requirements of health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
**You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirements with the ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Australian Security Clearance.**
