Payroll Manager Role
We are seeking a strategic payroll leader to oversee end-to-end operations for 550+ employees ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great employee experience.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice on payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements, lead statutory reporting, STP, FBT, PAYG, EOFY superannuation and partner closely with Finance.
* Drive process improvements, automation and payroll governance.
* Build strong relationships across P&C, Finance and operational teams while leading and developing the payroll team.
About You:
We're looking for a hands-on leader with significant experience managing complex multi-site payroll environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
* Proven experience with Chris21/iChris and exposure to payroll or HRIS system implementations.
Desirable: Experience with rostering or time & attendance systems, payroll/HCMS transformation projects and relevant tertiary or payroll qualifications.
