* Six-Star Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to every client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Market Research and Analysis: Prepare listing presentations, proposals, market reports, and vendor updates to help clients make informed decisions.
* Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate marketing campaigns, including photos, floor plans, ad copy, and online advertising to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
* Organizational Skills: Manage brochures, signage, bookings, and supplier communication to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate CRM information, follow-ups, and client notes to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist with prospecting, database management, and lead nurture to identify new business opportunities.
* Auctions and Settlements: Support auctions with onsite coordination and buyer registration, and assist with contracts, compliance administration, and settlement processes.
* Communication: Provide clear, timely communication to clients, buyers, and suppliers to keep them informed throughout the sales process.
