We are looking for the right person to provide remote administrative support to Ray White Broome, Derby and Port Hedland's Managing Director, Tony Hart.
Applicants must be located in Broome.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Assist with all general administrative tasks as required.
Prepare and distribute agendas for all assigned meetings.
Take confidential meeting minutes via Google Meets and distribute to the appropriate persons in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Book and manage all meetings within the Google Calendar, ensuring the appropriate people are invited and the relevant meeting room or Google Meet links.
Organise and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire and restaurants when required.
Maintain a working tasks list for the Managing Director.
Prepare and proof-check presentations and reports as needed.
Maintain tidy file management within Google Drive, including naming documents appropriately with subject matter and date.
Delegate administrative tasks to the appropriate staff member.
Assist with all appraisals, listings and sales paperwork as required.
Adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities as the business grows.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Skills & Experience:
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Selfmotivated and driven.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
A positive attitude and personality.
Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential.
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
Home office set up to work from; Ray White will provide a screen and webcam.
Must be able to work from the Broome office at least one day per week.
Full Australian working rights required.
Working-from-home flexibility, with preference for Broome-located applicants.
Support from local Broome office.
Regular business development sessions and additional training.
Part-time role, flexibility offered with school hours available.
Strong support from the Managing Director and Office Manager in Broome.
This role is based on approximately 27.5 hours per week, during the hours of 8:30 am – 2:30 pm AWST.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and skillset.
