Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Bidfood Armidale is seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an inbound, phone-based role where you will be the friendly voice that helps customers place orders, find what they need and feel supported.
About the Role
* Answer inbound phone calls and take orders
* Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Build trusted relationships with regular customers
* Respond to product enquiries in a timely manner
* Process orders accurately using internal software
* Onboard new customers and assign to sales reps
* Liaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issues
Effective communication skills, ability to multitask, stay organised and build rapport are essential for this role.
About You
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and stays composed under pressure would be suitable for this position.
If you have experience in hospitality, retail, administration or call centres, your ability to work under pressure and provide quality service will be highly regarded.
