The Position
* Supervise and lead a team of experienced all‑rounder chefs in a kitchen with 3 chefs on day shift and 2 on night shift.
* Oversee all sections confidently, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality meals for site personnel.
* Manage menu planning, stock control, and ordering to meet client and company requirements.
* Drive team engagement and maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
The Person
* Cert IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory).
* Minimum 3+ years in a management chef role within a commercial kitchen.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
* Confident in handling all kitchen sections and thriving in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
