About the Role
As our Service Administrator, you are the frontline customer service contact ensuring the completion of all essential service administration duties. You'll support the Service Department workflow by opening jobs, processing customer invoices, and submitting warranty claims. You'll communicate directly with our customers and work closely with our Service Supervisor and Branch Manager. Your communication skills, accuracy, and customer focus will help keep our workshop running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, professional customer service and support.
* Open and close repair orders and enter technician times.
* Prepare and process invoices for internal and external customers.
* Assist Service Supervisor with workshop scheduling.
* Book customer jobs and coordinate customer sign‑off for completed work.
* Process, submit, and maintain warranty claims.
* Maintain department files and records.
* Support safe work practices and follow all company policies and procedures.
* Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Attributes We're Looking For
* Strong computer literacy and confidence with new systems.
* Knowledge of automotive service processes or similar administrative experience.
* Good understanding of mechanical or technical terminology (preferred).
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
