Description of the role
We're searching for a Human Resources Coordinator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent HR support. Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Onboarding: coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from job ads to pre-employment checks, and manage onboarding tasks.
* Training & Compliance: prepare and update HR documentation, maintain training databases, coordinate eLearning and training programmes, and support Enterprise Agreement administration.
* Culture, Engagement & Communication: create engaging social media content, support employee engagement events, assist with Work Health & Safety initiatives, and lead ergonomics & training standards.
* Business Support: act as backup to the Office Manager during leave.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role.
* Working knowledge of WHS systems and procedures.
* Experience supporting day-to-day employee queries and performance management.
* Solid understanding of generalist HR processes, legislation, immigration/visa requirements, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
* Excellent interpersonal, customer-focused communication skills and strict confidentiality.
* High attention to detail, initiative, proactive problem-solving and strong conflict resolution capability.
* Confidence presenting information, delivering training and interpreting industrial awards.
