About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Account Coordinator Team/Customer Service team, working Monday to Friday.
8am until 4:30pm with a half hour break for lunch plus the odd Saturday morning roster (Paid as time in lieu at 1.5 time your normal rate).
This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment where delivering outstanding customer experiences is what we do best.
Reporting to your branch's Customer Service Manager, you'll provide support across phone calls, emails and over the counter enquiries.
What You'll Need
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
Confidence navigating computer systems and multitasking
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Some Excel knowledge would be an advantage.
