As a Retail Partner Executive within the Branded Retail Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:
Being a trusted adviser to partners and their frontline teams Providing industry and business advice in operations, marketing, HR, and financial management Influencing sales and revenue targets, implementing corporate initiatives aligned with partner agreements and Optus objectives Building strong relationships with store owners to drive customer retention and sales performance, including sales promotions and product training Leading to influence customer experience and uphold the Optus brand through motivating partners to be accountable and grow their business via high-performing teams and proactive profitability management About You We are seeking candidates with:
At least 2 years of experience working with franchise partners Experience in retail telco, finance, or banking franchise network relationship management Proven strategic planning skills for large, complex franchise networks Management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships at an executive level Strong business insights including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet understanding Optus offers a collaborative workplace with perks such as:
