About the opportunity
Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking an experienced Painter Blaster to join our team across Geraldton WA.

Roster: 2:1 / FIFO roster.
Project: Geraldton / CBH / Repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of 8 silos at the grain terminal.
Duration: Ongoing until 2028.
Hours of Work: 12‐hour shifts.

About you
You're a safety‐minded, team‐focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Painter Blasting, preferably within heavy industrial environments.
* Nationally Accredited Qualifications: Confined Space (5‐year expiry), Working at Heights (5‐year expiry), High Risk Work Licence – Forklift and/or EWP (desirable).
* Ability to successfully complete a 2‐day Painter Blaster Verification of Competency.
* Ability to pass a project‐specific pre‐employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
