As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and positively managing all operational and sales and service functions throughout the designated store and its defined sales territory. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.
* Drive best-in-class customer service and sales management/training to staff members
* Manage inventory levels to ensure maximum sales opportunities
* Oversee incoming customer inquiries, workshop job management, in-store sales & services
* Recruit, train, and develop store staff with the help of support teams
* Maximise every sales opportunity by providing outstanding customer service
* Pick and pack stock as required and load/unload vehicles safely
* Ensure compliance with EH&S guidelines and company policies
* Contribute to designing local marketing concepts and business improvement strategies
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
