Your new role

This is a full‑time, 6‑month role based in our Hays Canberra office, with a strong view to permanency. Enjoy hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

In this role, you'll support the effective delivery of client contract obligations by coordinating operational activities across assigned accounts. You'll ensure accurate and timely execution of onboarding, resourcing, and client support processes, while maintaining compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless service delivery and fostering positive client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Coordinate client support by managing queries, onboarding requirements and day‑to‑day relationship needs.
* Assist the Client Enablement Team Leader in resolving operational requirements and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Track onboarding, resourcing and contract milestones using internal and external systems and workflow tools.
* Maintain dashboards and trackers.
* Compile accurate reports on service delivery, resource allocation and performance metrics.
* Ensure data integrity across systems and support analysis of trends for contracted reporting

What you'll need to succeed

* Takes ownership of results and thrives in managing competing priorities with confidence
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* Quick learner who's switched on and able to adapt to different tasks.
* Calm and reliable under pressure with strong teamwork skills.
* Solid reporting ability and confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Experience with admin, coordination or customer‑focused roles (sales, HR, recruitment, hospitality).
* Organised, professional and able to follow processes, documentation and basic compliance tasks.
