Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Pharmaceutical Lawyer. The Pharmaceutical Lawyer will be responsible principally for reviewing, redrafting and negotiating contracts (often based on the counterparty's template) and, potentially, providing legal advice on pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
The role involves remote working, so the location of the candidate is not key. Lawyers in Australia, New Zealand and the sub-continent are encouraged to apply, given that many counterparties involved in contracts with MIA Contract Lawyer clients are located in India and Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
Review, redraft and negotiate contracts (often based on the counterparty's template)
Provide guidance on pharmaceutical regulations and compliance where required
Work remotely and collaborate with clients and counterparties as needed
Qualifications
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
No less than 3 to 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Jurist Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
