Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Camco Contracting is seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting day-to-day office operations.
About the Role
As our Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for front-of-office duties and providing general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Managing emails, correspondence, and filing
* Data entry and maintaining records
* Scheduling appointments and assisting with calendars
* General office administration and support to the team
About You
* Previous experience in reception or administration (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using computers and office software
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
