Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Motivate and support team members to achieve their peak performance through coaching
* Collaborate with branch managers to set and review performance targets
* Monitor performance, driving accountability with Branch Leadership teams and individual team members
* Build action plans to address operational inefficiencies and support the execution
* Provide feedback and recommendations around performance and sale improvements
To be considered, you should possess:
* Proven experience and performance in sales
* Experience in training and/or coaching is essential
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Outstanding leadership, and influencing abilities
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
* Result orientated with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
* Strong analytical approach and great attention to detail
* Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate on a regular basis
