About your new role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee Operational/Manufacturing systems, processes and infrastructure. Duties will include but won’t be limited to the following – Daily management of all internal departments Continuous improvement identification to increase business functionality Maintain regular contact with all staff to ensure effective and open line of communication Manage processes, inventory and applicable assets Ensuring that product is being efficiently sent out in a timely manner Overseeing that products of high quality are inline with company standards Regular communications to drive the business growth and strategic direction About you: Previous experience within furniture/cabinet manufacturing and assembly is essential Industrial Engineering qualification highly regarded 5 years of experience within a similar role Strong leadership experience with a strong commercial acumen Excellent relationship building skills across a variety of departments Team player with great communication skills that will lead from the front What’s in it for you?
