About the Role:
The Australian Federal Police is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our recruitment team.
This team administers multiple national bulk recruitment processes year round, and supports candidates through their journey towards becoming a Police or Protective Service Officer.
The successful candidate will have contemporary recruitment knowledge and experience relevant to the role of Recruitment Team Leader.
They will lead the team in managing priorities and deadlines efficiently and to a high standard, and will have autonomy in workload allocation and decision making.
Duties include providing leadership to staff, analysis and application of recruitment metrics, identifying peaks and troughs throughout the yearly recruitment cycle, and continuously improving the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change, and influencing behaviors that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents, and value of each individual.
