We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for guiding the learning and development of young children aged 8 weeks to kindergarten.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding and desire to work with children, as well as strong communication skills. They will be required to develop and implement age-appropriate learning plans and activities, supporting children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through secure, safe, and inclusive environments.
Candidates must also be able to collaborate with co-workers, families, and community partners to promote child wellbeing, maintain accurate record-keeping and progress monitoring in line with the National Quality Framework, and participate in training, supervision, and continuous professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum Cert III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (working toward Cert III may be considered)
* Current First Aid qualification HLTAID012
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
* Some experience working with children and families
