Offer description

Business for Societal Impact (B4SI - ) is the global standard for measuring and managing corporate social impact. The B4SI Frameworks provide a robust, internationally recognised approach that enables companies to measure, manage and maximise the value of their contributions across community investment, business innovation and social procurement. As the expectations on business to respond to rising inequalities and social risks intensify, the ability to demonstrate credible, decision-useful social impact has become a strategic imperative.

The B4SI Network continues to grow globally as companies seek data driven business cases, expert guidance, benchmarking insights and peer learning opportunities grounded in a consistent, technically sound measurement standard. Our global alliances—including with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Business Commission for Tackling Inequality (BCTI), and the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD)—strengthen our position as a leading voice shaping the future of social impact practice.

This expansion is supported by significant digital and product innovations, including the B4SI Hub, Natural Capital indicators, the modernised Toolkit and ASTRA (our AI-enabled member support tool). With interest growing from companies across Asia-Pacific, we are now seeking a senior regional leader to support the next chapter of B4SI's growth.
