Hays Recruitment is partnering with a well-established client on the northern Sunshine Coast who is seeking a reliable and experienced bookkeeper to join their team ASAP.

Your new role
In this temporary position, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment, you will be responsible for:
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank accounts and preparing financial reports
Processing a small payroll and compliance requirements
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Availability for ***** hours per week, with flexibility to work either within school hours, 4-5 shorter days per week OR compressed into 3-4 days within normal business hours
Flexibility around month-end deadlines
