**Key Duties and Essential Functions**
- Prospecting for sales leads
- Database management
- Liaising with vendors and buyers
- Conducting open homes and open for inspections
- Attending marketing appointments and auctions
- Client care & buyer follow up
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers etc.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- You will have your VIC agency licence, a full drivers licence and well maintained vehicle
- Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic and value excellent customer service
- Excellent negotiation skills
