Title: Senior Organisational Change Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to join our Canberra-based team in a permanent full-time capacity.
This role offers the stability of a permanent position within the APAC delivery team and the opportunity to lead and support complex transformation and remediation programs—including those related to technology, security, and large-scale asset refresh projects.
You will collaborate closely with delivery, project, and client teams in Canberra, as well as a global network of OCM professionals, to design and execute change initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable outcomes.
As a key member of multiple leadership teams, you will play an essential role in supporting ongoing transformation across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver change management strategies and frameworks tailored to project and client requirements.
Serve as a change enablement project manager on critical and complex initiatives across multiple business units.
Provide OCM leadership for APAC teams, offering guidance, mentoring, and professional development to change practitioners.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to inform and enhance delivery outcomes.
Design and implement communication plans, engagement activities, and training programs that enable adoption and resilience through change.
Collaborate with internal and client OCM teams to ensure effective alignment and integration of change activities.
Contribute to sales and bid processes, including proposal development and client presentations for the APAC region.
Support internal transformation and leadership initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree along with 8+ years of relevant experience in Organisational Change Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Master's degree is highly regarded.
Proven experience leading OCM activities across government and enterprise environments.
Demonstrated expertise in communication, facilitation, coaching, process improvement, and training delivery.
Professional certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly desirable.
Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a geographically distributed global team.
Must be eligible to obtain a Baseline or NV1 security clearance (existing clearance advantageous).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
