The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: To provide outstanding levels of administrative support to the daily operations of a large freighting company Have high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry tasks Demonstrate high level of organisation skills and managing priorities calmly Have a high level understanding of clerical duties Serving and liaising with drivers Set up board room for meetings, ensure all resources are available and take minutes where applicable To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
