What you´ll do
* Achieve sales targets, drive new customer acquisition (NCA), and grow existing accounts through strategic planning and execution.
* Maximize product distribution across salons and retailers to increase market share and brand presence.
* Plan and deliver high-quality education sessions (face-to-face, virtual, and in-salon) aligned with global standards to support customer success.
* Build strong client partnerships through regular business reviews, tailored support, and ongoing communication.
* Optimize travel and customer coverage to ensure efficient territory management and meet daily call standards.
* Lead in-salon promotions, seminars, and special events to drive engagement and boost sales.
* Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and manage administrative tasks including expenses and journey plans.
* Adhere to company policies, participate in training (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, conferences), and pursue ongoing professional growth.
