Fresh thinking and collaboration are at the heart of the organisation, and as such South East Water are seeking an outstanding executive for the newly created position of General Manager Strategy and Stakeholder. As a member of the Executive team reporting to the Managing Director, this role delivers on South East Water's vision and purpose by guiding the organisation to develop and operationalise the company strategy and by representing the organisation with Government, within the water industry and in the broader community.
The General Manager - Strategy and Stakeholder provides leadership of the strategy, regulation, community and stakeholder engagement and communications teams. They are pivotal in developing and delivering on organisational strategy, partnering with Traditional Owners, leading the approach to water security and leading communications both externally and internally. The group leads the development of South East Water's pricing proposals and organisational strategic planning. They are also critical in shaping our approach to stakeholders to deepen our relationships, and leading our marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement teams.
