About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. This includes:
* Processing, coding, and reconciling invoices
* Preparing and executing supplier payments
* Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
* Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies
* Assisting with month-end reporting and closing tasks
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 1-2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
* Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
* A positive, team-focused attitude
