Sales and Business Development Role

This role requires energy, dedication, and multi-skilling, offering empowerment and autonomy. As a 'Customer Service Superstar', you will be our first contact with customers, requiring superior communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and learn new skills to enable performance of tasks required in various Sales Centre departments, including phone, electronic, and face-to-face sales, Trade and Groups.
* Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to meeting and exceeding individual and team goals in support of our overall business strategy.
* Cover shifts across a 7-day rotating roster and work collaboratively as part of our existing amazing team.
We are seeking an individual who is a team player with excellent customer service skills, problem-solving ability, planning and organisation skills, and exceptional time management and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Requirements
* Current National Police Clearance
* Sales and customer service experience
* Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals
The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills, with desirable qualifications including Travel and Tourism experience and Experience in the Transport Industry.
