The Role:
* Early Intervention, RTW planning and case management
* Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations
* Collaborating with treating practitioners, insurers and employers
* Delivering evidence-based, goal-driven reports
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
About You:
* AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration as an OT, Physio, EP, Rehab Counsellor
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously while being part of a close-knit team
* A car and valid driver's license (non-negotiable)
