Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload (up to 12) and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams, drive case goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties
* Conduct assessments and set intervention plans
* Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support
* Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice
* Manage risk, compliance, and reporting
* Collaborate with stakeholders and courts
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, or MH Nursing
* 5+ years in therapeutic/OOHC settings • Current AHPRA or relevant registration
* NDIS and disability pathway knowledge
* Driver licence and probity checks
