Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
SQL Developer
to design, develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions that support business applications and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience with performance tuning, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
* Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues related to queries, indexing, and execution plans.
* Collaborate with application developers to integrate SQL-based solutions into business applications.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
* Perform data migration, transformation, and ETL processes as required.
* Create and maintain documentation for database structures, workflows, and processes.
* Support reporting and analytics teams by providing complex queries and data extraction solutions.
* Provide on-call troubleshooting support and handle escalated production issues.
* Identify recurring problem areas and propose effective, long-term solutions.
* Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support and mentor new joiners by guiding them through systems, processes, and best practices.
