About The Role
Join DBG Health's Beauty Product team and work across our exciting portfolio of progressive brands (MCo Beauty, Nude By Nature, Poni and Esmi). As an MCo Product Developer, you will lead the creation of global best-in-class beauty products, working with leading innovators worldwide.
This hands-on role will see you drive innovation from brief through to purchase order, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially successful, trend-led, quality products.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance categories
* Manage relationships with contract manufacturers globally, largely across Asia & Europe
* Manage prototype development, testing, benchmarking, and supplier feedback to ensure market-leading product performance
* Collaborate closely with marketing, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product execution
Skills & Experience
* You live and breathe beauty, with a passion for emerging trends, product innovation and the evolving global beauty landscape
* Proven experience in beauty product development across skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance (specifically colour cosmetics)
* Strong understanding of global beauty trends, formulations, ingredients, and packaging
* Excellent product evaluation skills with the ability to assess performance against benchmarks
* Strong project management capability, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
* Commercially minded with the ability to balance innovation, cost, and market positioning
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
