What you will be responsible for
As a support worker for Leora Healthcare, you will be providing our clients assistance at home and in the community, such as:
* Transport
* Shopping
* Personal care
* Companionship
* Meal preparation
* Social and community access
Your Care Coordinator will work with you to book shifts requiring services you're most comfortable to provide.
Skills & Qualifications
* Great communication skills with care and empathy for people
* Able to drive and transport clients (desirable)
* Cert III or IV in Disability or Aged Care or other relevant qualifications (desirable)
* Complex care experience (desirable)
* Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviour (desirable)
