As an Education Focussed Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Project Management, you will deliver high‐quality teaching across our postgraduate, and potentially undergraduate, programs. Working closely with colleagues in the School of Engineering and Technology, you will design and deliver engaging, contemporary courses that inspire students, strengthen their professional capabilities, and foster a culture of excellence in learning and teaching.
Qualifications
* PhD in project management or a related discipline, or a master's degree in project management with substantial experience in course and program design and delivery.
* Profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven academic and professional record.
* Practical experience in the project management industry to integrate theory with real‐world applications.
* Experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level.
* Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement, coupled with a passion for engaging and effective learning for students.
* Commitment to mentoring students and junior colleagues, with potential leadership within the academic community.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues and industry partners.
* Proactive approach to professional development, keeping abreast of latest trends, advancements and pedagogical approaches in project management.
