An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager on a Full time, ongoing basis in the Agency Performance and System Support unit at the State Government offices, 402 Mair Street, Ballarat.

The Unit comprises of Service Agreement portfolio-based teams with portfolio leads and key liaison contacts with Central teams. The Unit uses defined information flows and protocols to ensure coherent monitoring and management of non-compliance and management of specific alliance relationships.Reporting to the Executive Director in the Central Highlands Area West Division this position plays a key leadership role. The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Agency Performance and System Support Unit. The role supports the department's strategic priorities of local solutions and place-based approaches for managing the performance of funded organisations; it is responsible for relationship building and agency performance at a local level.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS POLICY

The department is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment that is protected and without risk to the health of its workers and clients. The department may require its employees to be fully vaccinated against preventable diseases such as the current coronavirus (COVID-19). The department's COVID-19 Vaccination requirements policy (Word) outlines the requirements for existing employees, other workplace participants and prospective employees. Subject to exceptions, only employees or other workplace participants with up-to-date vaccination status (see definitions section of the policy) against COVID-19 and who provide evidence of their Vaccination Status are permitted to work for the department outside their ordinary place of residence. Other qualifications
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required as the position may entail travel to community sector organisations.
- A tertiary qualification in business administration or public sector administration is desirable.
