At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.We're looking for a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join our team at RAAF Edinburgh site, ensuring Defence personnel have the vital equipment and supplies they need – when and where they need them.This is more than just inventory control.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Monitor, track, and maintain accurate stock levels in line with operational needs.Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.Document all stock movements and ensure compliance with WMS and Defence standards.Generate reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues as required.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and optimisation teams to deliver seamless inventory operations.Assist with training and knowledge sharing to strengthen inventory management capability across the team.What you'll bringWe're looking for motivated professionals who bring:Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (Defence or logistics preferred).
Strong knowledge of WMS systems, stock control, and reconciliation procedures.High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Strong teamwork and communication ability.Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards in warehousing.A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
Lean or Six Sigma exposure (advantageous).
A valid driver's licence (C class).
