We are expanding our second Commercial Construction Crew at our new Highfields site, with ongoing work expected for years and multiple new sites planned. Initially casual, this role has potential for permanent employment.
As a Labourer/Plant Operator, your duties include operating skid steers and excavators—scraping, leveling, soil removal, drilling piers, backfilling, loading, and transporting materials—as well as general site labour when machines are not in use.
We offer training and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be experienced, licensed to operate skid steers and excavators, reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player with good communication skills. A current Driver's Licence and White Card are required.
