Our client, a market-leading luxury property developer, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee upcoming remodelling works and future development projects across its premium Gold Coast assets.
This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a respected developer, delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.
You'll play a vital role in managing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property's high-end positioning.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
* Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
* Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes (DA).
* Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
* Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
* Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
* Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
* Familiar with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.
* Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
